A Nigerian Twitter user @Bar_Baric  got more than he bargained for  whenposted pictures of Ange Kagame, Rwanda’s president Paul Kagame’s daughter on his timeline while “jokingly” making his marriage interest known to her father.
To show his displeasure with the tweet, Mr. Kagame immediately shut the young man’s aspiration by blocking him on the social media page.
